Pre-Registration Form Help



General Help



The form is designed to allow one user to purchase multiple badges of different types; similiar to the way a shopping cart works.

If you are purchasing a badge for yourself, simply select the type of badge you wish to purchase from the drop down on the right, and click the Add button. Upon clicking Add, a table showing your purchase will appear. Verify the contents. If they are correct, fill in the contact information for the person who will pick-up the badges from the pre-registration table at the convention. When all fields have been completed, click the Pay Now button to procede to PayPal to process the payment.

Changing the Number of Badges



To change the number of badges once the table has appeard, simply change the number in the Number field and click Update

Removing Badges



To remove badges from the order table, set the number field for the row you wish to remove to 0 and click Update

Group Registration


Group reservations use the same form -- just enter the appropriate numbers and types of badges per your groups request.

IF ONE PERSON IS HANDLING REGISTRATION FOR A GROUP (e.g. Amine Club), THE PERSON WHOSE CONTACT INFORMATION IS PROVIDED WILL BE EXPECTED TO PROVIDE ID AT PREREIGISTRATION. ONLY THE PERSON WHOSE CONTACT INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED WILL BE GIVEN THE BADGES.


To CHANGE the contact information of the the person picking up badges for your group, an email from the original contact address MUST BE RECEIVED before the badges will be distributed.
